T-Mobile: 
Designing for customer service agents

During my time at T-Mobile, I had the opportunity to lead design for internal customer service tools, specifically those that utilized AI/ML.

• Designed web-based apps and widgets
• Led design of an AI-backed tool from the ground up for voice customer service agents to reduce call resolution time and save customers from canceling their lines
• Delivered key enhancement features for chat customer service agents
• Partnered closely with the Product team and UX Researchers to build prototypes for research and development
